On August 16th, Roaring River State Park will have its annual Fall Kids Free Fishing Day.

Youth will have the opportunity to fish all day for free, and one section of the river will be sectioned off just for the youth. The river will be restocked periodically throughout the day.

Children ages 15 and under will be able to get their tags for the event for free from the park store on the evening of Friday, August 16th and on Saturday, August 17th. There will be one section specially designated only for youth 15 and under to fish in all day long.
